Whether it's cooking a meal, working on the factory floor, typing at a desk or catching a ball, our hands carry us through daily life. When an injury or condition gets in the way, we help you get that function back.
Established in September 2000, Annerie Beukes has spent over 25 years providing specialised hand therapy to a wide variety of clients, from traumatic workplace injuries and fractures to wounds, tendon and nerve injuries, amputations, ligament injuries, and burns, as well as chronic conditions such as carpal tunnel syndrome, tendon inflammation, tennis and golfer's elbow, and osteo and rheumatoid arthritis. Whether you're recovering from an injury, surgery, or managing a chronic condition, our goal is to help you regain function and get back to what matters to you.

Photobiomodulation (Red Light Therapy- RLT)
Low-level light that stimulates cellular energy, widening blood vessels and boosting circulation to speed wound repair, reduce pain and inflammation.
Custom Splinting
Upper-extremity splints to immobilise joints after injury, correct deformities, protect healing tissue and improve overall hand function.
Oedema Management
We use a variety of techniques for oedema management, including compression therapy, taping, contrast bathing and mobilisation, aiding recovery and reducing discomfort.
Wound Care
Most hand injuries come with a wound, so proper cleaning, dressing and monitoring is treated as an essential part of your recovery.
Burn Rehabilitation
Supporting physical and emotional recovery after a burn, easing pain and guiding you through the healing process to regain function and comfort.
Pressure Garments
Custom-made compression garments for burn scarring, amputations, traumatic hand injuries and chronic nerve pain, worn to support healing.
Scar Management
Silicone gel dressings, pressure garments, scar massage and desensitisation to improve the appearance and flexibility of scarring from hand injuries and burns.
Nerve Injury & Re-education
Desensitisation, nerve glides, massage, vibration and pressure therapy, and splinting to support nerves that are still recovering and regenerating.
Work Recommendations
Working closely with you through recovery from a work injury, with tailored recommendations and hand and upper-limb strengthening for a safe return to work.
Taping
Supporting muscles and joints during recovery, facilitating natural healing and correct movement, without restricting your range of motion.
Patient Education
Guidance on your condition, home exercises and hand care, so you understand your recovery every step of the way.
Made in-house
Every splint and garment, custom-made by hand.
From thermoplastic splints to pressure garments, everything is measured, cut and stitched in-house, giving you a precise, comfortable fit made specifically for your hand. Because everything is made on-site, adjustments can be made on the spot, so you leave with a fit that's right the first time.
